LeadsSetu ("we", "us", "our") provides a lead management platform that connects with WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta Ads and related services on behalf of the businesses ("you", "your account") who subscribe to it. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Account details you provide: business name, your name, email, phone number.
• Lead data you or your connected channels create: names, phone numbers, course/product interest, status, follow-up notes.
• Data received via connected Meta/Facebook accounts and WhatsApp Business Platform, limited to what is needed to operate the CRM (leads, message content relevant to lead capture, ad account identifiers).
• Billing information processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details ourselves.
• Usage data such as login activity and feature usage, used to maintain and improve the product.

2. How we use it

We use this data to operate your CRM account, sync leads from WhatsApp and Meta Ads, send conversion signals back to Meta on your behalf, process billing, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your data or your leads' data to third parties.

3. Data sharing

Data is shared only with the services required to run the product: Meta Platforms (for WhatsApp Business Platform, Lead Ads and Conversions API, based on the permissions you grant when connecting your account) and Razorpay (for payment processing).

4. Data retention & deletion

Your account data is retained while your subscription is active. You may request export or deletion of your account and lead data at any time by contacting support; we will action deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
